CHAP Update and Materials for 1100 E. Baltimore Street Hearing, March 14, 2023
On March 15, 2023, the Department of Planning (DOP) uploaded the recording to our live-stream website for public viewing. On March 17, 2023 CHAP discovered that a portion of the recording of the CHAP March 14, 2023 was missing approximately 57 minutes of the hearing. The Department of Planning (DOP) staff that records the hearings was immediately notified. DOP staff spent several days unsuccessfully trying to recover the missing portion of the recording. On Monday March 27, 2023, DOP staff contacted Baltimore City Information and Technology (BCIT) requesting their help. They spent several days unsuccessfully trying to recover the missing portion of the recording. DOP engaged a private company to try and recover the recording. DriveSavers, the company hired to try and recover the recording, was unable to recover the lost portion of the hearing. CHAP has uploaded all of the documents presented to the commission regarding the 1100 East Baltimore (Hendler Creamery Building) for public viewing. This item will be reheard on the May 9, 2023 CHAP Hearing.
